A new module is now available for Tech Tool Plus users, it’s called Billing Assistant. Based on the company’s invoicing requirements, including signed service reports, the Billing Assistant identifies work orders that can be invoiced. Office staff users review the work order(s), and if ready, they can send a personalized email to the customer with invoice(s), signed service reports, and any other relevant documents attached.
Not sure if your customers are ready for electronic invoicing? In 2011, you may be surprised how many customers would prefer it over snail mail.
