Customer Success Specialist

We are currently seeking to hire a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

We are currently seeking to hire full-time Customer Success Specialists to join our team and help our company grow. Customer success plays an important role in that process. In this role, you are product expert helping customers with challenging questions they have with IFS software products.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Provide best-in-class, tier 1 customer support
  • Setup and train new customers
  • Closely communicate with tier 1 customer support & sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Development teams
  • Provide quality assurance for customer specific product requests and new product features

You’ll need the following qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with web and mobile device technologies
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be calm and personable under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively manage time and workload

It would be great if you had experience in any of the following:

  • Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) and/or Sage 100 Contractor (Master Builder)
